An Amendment to Protect Business Employees

To protect employees of private businesses from disruption or hinderance of operations.

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title

(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, the “An Amendment to Protect Business Employees”

§2. Enactment

(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

§3. Severability

(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement

(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Amendment to the Criminal Code

(a) Chapter 4, Section 4 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.

(b) Chapter 4, Section 4 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states;

"(a) The act of disorderly conduct shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.

(a1) Disorderly conduct shall be the act of, with intent to cause public alarm, nuisance, jeopardy or violence, or knowingly or recklessly creating a risk thereof, committing any of the following prohibited acts:

(a1.1) Engaging in fighting or threatening, or in violent behavior.

(a1.2) Using language, an utterance, or gesture, or engages in a display or act that is obscene, physically threatening or menacing, or done in a manner that is likely to inflict injury or incite an immediate breach of the peace.

(a1.3) Making noise that is unreasonable, considering the nature and purpose of the actor’s conduct, location, and other factors that would govern the conduct of a reasonably prudent person under the circumstances.

(a1.4) Creates or maintains a hazardous or physically offensive condition, that could reasonably disturb or injure others

(b) The regulations in this section shall apply in all lands, regardless of ownership, under the legislative jurisdiction of the State of Firestone"

(c) Chapter 4, Section 4 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall now state;

"(a) The act of disorderly conduct shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.

(a1.5) Intentionally interfering, hindering, or disrupting the operations of a business employee that is representing a business licensed by the Firestone Department of Commerce.

(b) The regulations in this section shall apply in all lands, regardless of ownership, under the legislative jurisdiction of the State of Firestone"
