AN AMENDMENT TO PLEASE A DISGRUNTLED CRANKY ASSISTANT DISTRICT ATTORNEY
Preamble: To fix an error within Chapter 9, Section 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code and to reduce angry grumpy disgruntled ADA outbursts.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE DISTRICT OF PROMINENCE COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT,
§1. Title
(a) This ordinance shall be known as “An Amendment to Please a Disgruntled Cranky Assistant District Attorney” and may be cited as such.
§2. Definitions
(a) The Firestone Criminal Code (“CC”, “FCC”, “Criminal Code”) shall be defined here
§3. Amendments
(a) Chapter 9, §Section 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code will be renamed to “§1 - Contempt of Prominence Council”
§4. Enforcement
(a) This amendment shall go into effect immediately upon passing the legal processes as described by the District Charter.
(b) This amendment shall be enforced by all relevant parties.
