An Amendment to Outlaw Slavery

BE IT ENACTED THAT THE FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The Firestone Bill of Rights shall have section XVII added to it.

SECTION 2: Section XVII of the Firestone Bill of Rights shall state “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist.”

SECTION 3: Upon passage by both the House of Representatives and the Senate, this amendment to the Constitution shall take effect immediately.
