An Amendment to Fix the Revised Health Act
BE IT ENACTED THAT THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES AND SENATE HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1: The Revised Health Act shall be amended.
Section 1A: The Revised Health Act shall be defined as: Revised Health Act
Section 2: Section 2(e) currently states, “Medical certification shall be defined as holding a certification allowing an individual to perform medical-related tasks at the County. All Medical Certification(s) can be found here Trello ”
Section 3: Section 2(e) shall now state, “Medical certification shall be defined as holding a certification allowing an individual to perform medical-related tasks at the County. All Medical Certification(s) can be found here: Trello ”
Section 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing both chambers and signed into law by the Governor.
