An Amendment to Fix Possession of a USB Firewall

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title

(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, “An Amendment to Fix Possession of a USB Firewall

§2. Enactment

(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

§3. Severability

(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement

(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Amendments

(a) Chapter 4, Section 16 of the Firestone Criminal Code is titled “Possession or Using a USB Firewall”.

(b) Chapter 4, Section 16 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to be titled “Possession of a USB Firewall.”

(c) Chapter 4, Section 16(a) of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states:

“The act of possessing/using USB Firewalls shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.”

(d) Chapter 4, Section 16(a) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state:

“The act of “Possession of a USB Firewall” shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.”

(e) Chapter 4, Section 16(b) of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states:

“The act of possessing/using USB Firewalls shall be the act of possessing an item that is titled ”USB Firewall” which is used for store robbery, cause vandalism, obtain money, and tools. This law will only be applicable while individuals are playing this game: Stapleton County, Firestone - Roblox

(f) Chapter 4, Section 16(b) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state:

“The act of “Possession of a USB Firewall” shall be the act of possessing an item titled “USB Firewall” which can be used for store robberies.”
