An Amendment to Exempt Private Areas from Disorderly Conduct

AN AMENDMENT TO EXEMPT PRIVATE AREAS FROM DISORDERLY CONDUCT


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: ‘Firestone Criminal Code’ shall be defined as: Trello

SECTION 2A: Chapter 4, Section 4, Subsection b of Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “The regulations in this section shall apply in all lands, regardless of ownership, under the legislative jurisdiction of the State of Firestone

SECTION 2A: Chapter 4, Section 4, Subsection b of Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “The regulations in this section shall apply soley in public, unowned, and goverment lands of the State of Firestone (e.g. public roadways, government buildings).

SECTION 3: This shall be implemented by the Criminal Code Revision Act Manager, and enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers of the State of Firestone.

SECTION 4: Should any part of this Act be declared unconstitutional or otherwise struck down, the rest shall remain in effect unless all is struck down or declared unconstitutional.

SECTION 5: This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
