An Amendment to Establish C.VI.VI

PREAMBLE: Under C.VI.III there was no punishment listed for going on inactivity longer than fourteen days. This document is here to ensure punishments are given.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

Section 1: A new section to Article Six of the State of Firestone Constitution shall be instituted: Section Six - Mandatory Termination

Section 2: C.VI.VI shall state: “If an individual holds a position in the Executive Branch, and goes inactive longer than fourteen (14) days as stated by C.VI.III then that said individual shall be terminated from their position based on the justified reason for inactivity. If the individual goes longer than fourteen (14) days as stated by C.VI.III and holds a legislative position. That said individual shall be brought up for expulsion.”

Section 3: The Firestone Judicial Branch shall be tasked with enforcing this amendment.

Section 4: This amendment shall go into immediate effect upon being passed by both houses of Congress.

Section 4: All legislation in conflict with this is rendered null and void
