An Amendment to Correct Loitering Typos


         Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,


SECTION 1 - SEVERABILITY & ENACTMENT

(a) Should any part of this act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

(b) Upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes, this Act shall enter into effect immediately.

SECTION 2 - SUBSECTION NUMBERING FIX

(a) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b20 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b19) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

(a1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b20 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b20) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

SECTION 3 - TYPO FIX

(a) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b3 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b3) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to leave to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

(a1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b3 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b3) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

(b)Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b1 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b1) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to leave to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol and/or one of the Governor’s.”

(b1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b1) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol and/or one of the Governors.”
