An Amendment to C.II.XV (Continuity of Government Act)

PREAMBLE
procedures for replacing the Governor or Lieutenant Governor in the event of death in real life. or extreme inactivity without notice to the public, if the Governor were to quit Firestone without informing the public our Government could be in extreme danger. This will ensure our government will continue to operate incase of this scenario.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT
SECTION 1.
The Firestone Constitution shall be amended, and C.II.XV shall be added to the Firestone Constitution.
SECTION 1A.
In case of the removal of the Governor from office or of his in real life death, or of a case of not being active, the Lieutenant Governor shall become Governor.
SECTION 1B.
In case of the removal of the Governor and the Lieutenant Governor from office or of his in real life death, or of a case of not being active, the Speaker of the House shall become Governor.
SECTION 2.
If the Governor shows no signs of being active in the Firestone Discord, Firestone Forums or Stapleton County within a timespan of three (3) weeks without an inactivity notice, the Gubernatorial Line of Succession will enact.
SECTION 2A.
Firestone Discord shall be defined as; Discord

Firestone Forums shall be defined as; https://forums.stateoffirestone.com/
SECTION 2C.
Stapleton County shall be defined as; Stapleton County, Firestone - Roblox
SECTION 2D.
Active shall be defined as; pursuing an occupation or activity at a particular place or in a particular way.
SECTION 2E
“In real life” shall be defined as; not on roblox
SECTION 3.
Gubernatorial Line of Succession shall be defined as; Gubernatorial Succession Act
