SENATE OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE

AN AMENDMENT

To Allow the Firestone Bureau of Investigations Into Restricted Property


         Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. A BILL TO LET FBI IN RESTRICTED AREAS

    This Act may be cited as the “A Bill to let FBI in Restricted Areas.”


SEC 2. ENACTMENT

    This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.


SEC 3. SEVERABILITY

    Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.


SEC 4. ENFORCEMENT

    This Act shall be implemented by the Criminal Code Revision Act Manager and enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers and Courts of the State of Firestone.


SEC 5. DEFINITIONS

    (a) For the purposes of this Act, the ‘Firestone Criminal Code’, as described by the Criminal Code Revision Act (R), shall be defined as: https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ


SEC 6. REPEALMENTS

    This Amendment makes no repealments.


SEC 7. AMENDMENTS

    (a) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.

         (i) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection c7 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states:
“(c7) Authorized Firestone Bureau of Investigation personnel shall be exempt from subsection b4.”

         (ii) Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection c7 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state:
“(c7) Authorized Firestone Bureau of Investigation personnel shall be exempt from subsection b1, b4, and b6 of this section.
