An Amendment to Allow Layoffs
PREAMBLE: This shall be proposed to allow employers to lay off employees with reasonable intention unless otherwise discriminatory.
BE IT ENHANCED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS THAT:
Section 1: Section XI shall be amended into “An Act to Reform the General Employment Rights”
Section 1A: An Act to Reform the General Employment Rights shall be defined: An Act to Reform the General Employment Rights
Section 2: Section XI shall state the following: “Employers shall have the right to layoff employees. Should an employee be laid off, he shall not be able to challenge the decision in the District Court of Firestone unless it falls under the conditions as set in Section IV”
Section 3: This shall go into effect immediately upon completing the constitutional progress.
