An Act to Update & Revise Loitering (R)


         Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,


SECTION 1 - SEVERABILITY & ENACTMENT

(a) Should any part of this act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

(b) Upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes, this Act shall enter into effect immediately.

SECTION 2 - SUBSECTION NUMBERING FIX

(a) The Firestone Criminal Code chapter 3, section 9, subsection b15 that currently states “(b15) Refusing to leave the area marked in blue in this screenshot when asked to leave by an on-duty Law Enforcement Officer or by the County Executive.” shall be changed to chapter 3, section 9, subsection b16 of the Firestone Criminal Code, and shall now state: “(b18) Refusing to leave the area marked in blue in this screenshot when asked to leave by an on-duty Law Enforcement Officer or by the County Executive.”

SECTION 3 - ADDITIONS

(a) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b18 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created and shall state: “(b18) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Redwood Police Department.”

(b) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b19 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created and shall state: “(b19) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Arborfield Police Department.”

(c) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b20 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created and shall state: “(b19) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

SECTION 4 - LOITERING AMENDMENTS

(a) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b1 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b1) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol and/or one of the Governor’s.”

 (a1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b1) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to leave to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol and/or one of the Governor’s.”

(b) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b2 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b2) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol and/or one of the founders.”

 (b1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b2 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b2) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol and/or one of the founders.”

(c) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b3 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b3) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

 (c1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b3 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to leave to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone National Guard.”

(d) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b4 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b4) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Corrections.”

 (d1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b4 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Corrections.”

(e) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b5 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b5) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from the Firestone Department of Public Works”

 (e1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b5 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b5) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Public Works.”

(f) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b6 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b6) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Stapleton County Fire Department.”

 (f1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b6 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b6) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so from authorized personnel of the Stapleton County Fire Department.”

(g) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b7 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b7) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol.”

 (g1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b7 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b7) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol.”

(h) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b8 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b8) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office.”

 (h1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b8 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b8) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office.”

(i) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b9 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b9) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Prominence District Police.”

 (i1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b9 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b9) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Prominence District Police.”

(j) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b10 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b10) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol.”

 (j1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b10 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b10) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol.”

(k) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b11 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b11) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Department of Transportation.”

 (k1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b11 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b11) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Transportation.”

(l) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b12 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b12) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Health.”

 (l1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b12 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b12) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Health.”

(m) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b13 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b13) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Bureau of Investigation.”

 (m1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b13 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b13) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone Bureau of Investigatio.”

(n) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b14 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b14) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of State.”

 (n1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b14 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b14) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas marked in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of State.”

(o) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b15 of the Firestone Criminal Code (not the one referenced in Section 2a of this legislation) currently states: “(b15) Lingering/waiting in the blue marked areas in this image and refusing to leave when asked to leave without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Commerce.”

 (o1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b15 of the Firestone Criminal Code (not the one referenced in Section 2a of this legislation) shall be amended to state: “(b15) Lingering/waiting in the blue marked areas in this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone Department of Commerce.”

(q) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b17 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “(b17) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas or on the elevated platform marked in blue in this and this screenshot without proper clearance to do so from authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol.”

 (q1) Chapter 3, section 9, subsection b17 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “(b17) Lingering/waiting in the blue areas or on the elevated platform marked in blue in this screenshot and this screenshot without proper clearance and refusing to leave when asked to do so by authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol.”

SECTION 5 - NULLIFICATIONS

(a) Chapter 10, section 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be declared null and void in its entirety.
