An Act to Reclass the Offense of Evasion

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE LEGISLATURE THAT

PREAMBLE: As right now, both Evasion and Felony Evasion are felony’s… This bill will correct this mistake and will make Evasion a Misdemeanor, as it should be.

SECTION A: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ/firestone-criminal-code-r

SECTION B: Chapter 1, Section 2 of the Firestone Criminal Code labeled, “§2 - Evasion” shall be redefined as a Class A Misdemeanor.

SECTION C: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after completing the constitutional procedures.
