IN THE FIRESTONE SENATE

An Act to Protect the Governor's Manor


         Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,


SECTION 1 - SEVERABILITY & ENACTMENT

(a) Should any part of this act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

(b) Upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes, this Act shall enter into effect immediately.

SECTION 2 - ADDITION TO THE CRIMINAL CODE

(a) Chapter 4, Section 24 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be established, titled “§23 - Possessing or Using Burglary Tools”, and shall state: "

 (a) The act of “Possessing or Using Breaching Tools” shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.

 (b) “The act of Possessing or Using Breaching Tools” shall be defined as;

  (b1) possessing any item capable of opening or accessing any state property controlled by a government authority while being in an area of the property where it is illegal to loiter or trespass, whether the subject has authorization or not; or

  (b2) utilizing any item or an item titled “Tablet” to open or close a perimeter door (including vehicle doors), an internal door, a gate, or another access point that can be opened and closed of any state property controlled by a government authority; or

  (b3) possessing any item capable of opening or accessing any state property controlled by a government authority, with the intent to use such item to commit the act described in (b2) of this offense. "

(b) Chapter 4, Section 24 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be classed as a Class C Felony.

(c) Chapter 4, Section 24 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall carry a jail time of 500 seconds.

SECTION 3 - TRESPASSING AMENDMENT

Chapter 3, Section 8, Subsection b1a shall be created and shall state: “(b1a) Entering into the areas marked in blue in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Firestone State Patrol when the Governor’s Manor is under lockdown, or an event is currently taking place.”
