An Act To Protect Law Enforcement From Dumb Charges


This bill seeks to fix the loophole established and exploited in charging law enforcement with unlawful possession of a firearm while on duty.

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title

(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, “An Act To Protect Law Enforcement From Dumb Charges

§2. Enactment

(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

§3. Severability

(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement

(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Definitions

(a) The Firestone Criminal Code (FCC) shall be defined as the following: Trello

§6. Simplifications

(a) Chapter 5, Section 1, subsection (b) of the FCC does not currently exist, but it shall be added and it shall state, “(b) Law enforcement and National Guard personnel on duty shall be exempt from this Section.”

(b) Chapter 5, Section 5, subsection (b) of the FCC does not currently exist, but it shall be added and it shall state, “(b) Law enforcement and National Guard personnel shall be exempt from this Section when distributing to on duty personnel.”
