BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE:
In recent time there have been a massive growth in political parties and politics seeking to harm, damage and overthrow our state. In order to defend the interests of our state this act is introduced.
SECTION 1:
Any politic or political parties which goal, mission, ideology etc seeks to harm, damage or otherwise suppress citizens and the State of Firestone as a whole shall be deemed illicit. Any politic or political parties that which has a goal, mission, ideology etc that seeks to overthrow the State of Firestone government shall be deemed illicit.
SECTION 2:
Any politic or political party which ideology is absolutism, anarchism, aristocracy, autocracy, dictatorship, fascism, imperialism, Marxism, Maoism, nazism, oligarchy, theocracy, totalitarianism and Trotskyism shall be deemed illicit.
SECTION 3:
Any political party or politician who performs politic which is deemed illicit by this piece of legislation shall be charged with a felony, “Performing illicit politic” and shall be prosecuted in the Firestone Court of Law. Upon being found guilty in the Firestone Court of Law, the defendant shall be sentenced to jail for a time justified by the Firestone Court of Law. The defendant shall also be barred from the legislative branch for two months from the day of conviction.
SECTION 4:
This piece of legislation shall not forbid expression of opinion and political view, and shall not forbid conversation mentioning anything described in this piece of legislation. However, performing and practicing anything described in this piece of legislation shall be forbidden and punished in accordance with Section 3 of this piece of legislation. E.g you can legally agree with anarchism, but if you introduce laws to make the state lawless you’re in violation of this piece of legislation.
SECTION 5:
This piece of legislation shall be enforced by the Firestone Court of Law, Firestone Department of Justice and the Congressional Government Oversight Committee.
SECTION 6:
This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passing the State of Firestone Congress and being signed into law by the Governor.
SECTION 6A:
Any political party or politician that is in conflict of this piece of legislation prior to it’s passage shall be given two (2) weeks to comply or else shall face charges in the Firestone Court of Law.
