BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE: The following shall be proposed to allow air units to fly over restricted areas without issue.
Section 1: Section C4 shall be added to Chapter 3, Section 8 of the Firestone Criminal Code.
Section 1a: Section C4 shall state the following: The following areas as prescribed in the entirety of Section B and Section C3 shall not apply if said individual(s) are in the act of actively passing over the physical ground and buildings within the restricted area boundaries in an aircraft being operated by an FDOA licensed individual. However, this section shall not apply if said aircraft is being operated by an individual not licensed by the FDOA or if the aircraft is actively encircling/hovering within the restricted area for an extended period of time without the necessary authorization as prescribed in each subsection of Section B.
Section 2: Section C1 shall be added into Chapter 3, Section 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code.
Section 2a: Section C1 shall state the following: The following areas as prescribed in the entirety of Section B shall not apply if said individual(s) are in the act of actively passing over the physical ground and buildings within the restricted area boundaries in an aircraft being operated by an FDOA licensed individual. However, this section shall not apply if said aircraft is being operated by an individual not licensed by the FDOA or if the aircraft is actively encircling/hovering within the restricted area for an extended period of time without the necessary authorization as prescribed in each subsection of Section B.
Section 3: The Firestone Criminal Code shall be defined as: Trello

Section 5: This shall go into effect immediately following the completion of the Constitutional procedure.
