An Act to Nullify the 2024 Rendition of False Arrest and False Citation
IN THE SENATE

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in Congress here assembled that,
SECTION 1 - TITLE
(a) This bill shall be known and referred to as, “An Act to Nullify the 2024 Rendition of False Arrest and False Citation”.
SECTION 2 - EFFECT
(a) “An Act to Simplify False Arrest and False Citation” shall be defined as this.
(b) “An Act to Simplify False Arrest and False Citation” shall be declared null and void. Any amendments or repealments made by “An Act to Simplify False Arrest and False Citation” shall be reverted.
SECTION 3 - ENACTMENT
(a) This bill shall be entered into effect immediately after completing the constitutionally required processes.
