An Act to make Criminal Mischief a State Law

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. TITLE
(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, “An Act to Make Criminal Mischief a State Law”
§2. ENACTMENT
(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.
§3. SEVERABILITY
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§4. ENFORCEMENT
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.
§5. DEFINITIONS
(a) “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined as this Trello
§6. AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 8, Section 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be nullified.
(b) Chapter 11, Section 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be nullified.
(c) Chapter 3, Section 13 of the Firestone Criminal Code does not exist, but shall be created and state Ҥ13 - Criminal Mischief".
(d) “§13 - Criminal Mischief” shall be classified as a Class C Misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine of 200 FSD (Firestone Dollar).
(e) “§13 - Criminal Mischief” of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state the following:
“(a) Criminal Mischief shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.
(b) Criminal Mischief shall be defined as committing any of the following acts:
(b1) Moving a trash can/bin onto a road. “Trash can” and “trash bin” shall be defined as “a blue colored bin used for holding and collecting trash”
(b2) Intentionally occupying a seat within a motor vehicle after instructed twice by the vehicle owner to vacate.
