An Act to Illegalize C4
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: The Criminal Code shall be amended.
SECTION 2: The ‘Criminal Code’ shall be defined as: Trello
SECTION 3: Chapter 4, Section 21 of the Criminal Code shall be established and state: “a) The act of Possession of a C4 shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.
(b) The act of Possession of a C4 shall be the act of possessing an item that is titled ”C4” that is used for destruction of property. This law will only be applicable while individuals are playing this game: https://www.roblox.com/games/579211007/Stapleton-County-Firestone#
(c) Law enforcement personnel on duty shall be exempt from this Section. ”
SECTION 3A: The act of Possession of a C4 shall be classed as a Class B Felony and shall result in 600 seconds in the State Penitentiary.
SECTION 3B: Chapter 4, Section 21 of the Criminal Code shall titled “Possession of a C4”
SECTION 4: Should any part of this legislation be stuck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SECTION 5: This legislation shall be brought into law, given that it follows the procedures to do so, as outlined by the Constitution.
