AN ACT
TO
FIX A REFERENCE TO THE DOA
SECTION I: DEFINITIONS
(a) Hereinafter, the “Firestone Aviation Administration Act” shall be defined as, Firestone Aviation Administration Act
(b) Hereinafter, the “Firestone Criminal Code” and “Criminal Code” shall be defined as, Trello
SECTION II: SEVERABILITY; EFFECTIVENESS
(a) If any part of this act is struck down by the Firestone Supreme Court this act shall be null and void.
(b) This act shall be deemed effective once all conditions outlined by the constitution necessary for its passage are fulfilled properly.
SECTION III: AMENDMENTS
(a) Section VI, subsection d of the Firestone Aviation Administration Act shall be established and shall state:
"(d) Chapter 1, Section 9 of the Criminal Code currently states:
"(a) The act of interfering with a public service employee shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.
(a1) Interfering with a public service employee shall be the act of causing any sort of interference or impedance to the duties of a public service employee, or preventing a public service employee from executing their duties or services.
(b) For the clarity of this section, a public service employee shall be recognized as an employee of the Firestone Department of Public Works, the Firestone Department of Transportation, the Stapleton County Fire Department, the Firestone Department of Aviation, Firestone Department of Health, the Firestone Department of Boating and Waterways, and the Firestone Department of Commerce." "
(b) Section VI, subsection e of the Firestone Aviation Administration Act shall be established and shall state:
"(e) Chapter 1, Section 9 of the Criminal Code shall be amended to state:

SECTION IV: ENFORCEMENT
(a) The legislative, executive, and judicial branches shall enforce this legislation upon passing.
