A BILL
To fix a mistake in an Act to Assist DOBW and DOT.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. ENACTMENT
This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SEC 2. SEVERABILITY
Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SEC 3. ENFORCEMENT
This Act shall be implemented by the Criminal Code Revision Act Manager and enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers and Courts of the State of Firestone.
SEC 4. DEFINITIONS
(a) For the purposes of this Act, the ‘Firestone Criminal Code’, as described by the Criminal Code Revision Act (R), shall be defined as: https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ
SEC 5. AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 3 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.
(i) Chapter 3 Section 8 subsection b17 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be removed.
(i) Chapter 3 Section 9 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall have subsection b17 created.
(ii) Chapter 3 Section 9 subsection b17 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state: “(b17) Entering into the areas marked in blue in this screenshot without proper clearance from authorized personnel of the Department of Transportation.”
