Mr. iiVortex_RBLX (for himself, Mr. DonxId, Mr. GeneralCount, Mr. BlueLineEnforcement, Ms. Automationeer, and Mr. CoolPilotCaio1) with the support of Mr. Wolf_RBX introduced the following bill:
A BILL
To fix a congressional mistake in relation to Evidence and Vehicular Assault.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. ENACTMENT
This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SEC 2. SEVERABILITY
Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SEC 3. ENFORCEMENT
This Act shall be implemented by the Criminal Code Revision Act Manager and enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers and Courts of the State of Firestone.
SEC 4. DEFINITIONS
(a) For the purposes of this Act, the ‘Firestone Criminal Code’, as described by the Criminal Code Revision Act (R), shall be defined as: https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ
SEC 5. AMENDMENTS
(a) Chapter 6, Section 5, Subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.
(i) Chapter 6, Section 5, Subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “Vehicular assault shall be the act of intentionally (or through clear and extreme disregard for traffic law) utilizing a vehicle to strike a pedestrian, another vehicle, or someone else’s property, without consent from that pedestrian or the owner of that vehicle or property.”
(ii) Chapter 6, Section 5, Subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “The act of falsifying evidence shall be the act of in which a person who upon any trial, proceeding, inquiry, or investigation, such being authorized or permitted by law, offers in evidence, as genuine or true, any document or record, knowing the same to have been forged or fraudulently altered.”
(b) Chapter 3, Section 5, Subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.
(i) Chapter 3, Section 5, Subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “Vehicular assault shall be the act of intentionally (or through clear and extreme disregard for traffic law) utilizing a vehicle to strike a pedestrian, another vehicle, or someone else’s property.”
(ii) Chapter 3, Section 5, Subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “Vehicular assault shall be the act of intentionally (or through clear and extreme disregard for traffic law) utilizing a vehicle to strike a pedestrian, another vehicle, or someone else’s property, without consent from that pedestrian or the owner of that vehicle or property.”
