AN ACT
TO
ESTABLISH UNLAWFUL FISHING
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. TITLE
(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, “An Act to Establish Unlawful Fishing”.
§2. DEFINITIONS
(a) The “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined as this.
(b) A “bridge” shall be defined as any elevated roadway structure spanning across a body of water.
§3. UNLAWFUL FISHING
(a) Chapter 7, Section 3 of the Firestone Criminal Code does not exist, but shall be created and state Ҥ3 - Unlawful Fishing".
(b) “§3 - Unlawful Fishing” shall be classified as a Class C Misdemeanor.
(c) “§3 - Unlawful Fishing” of the Firestone Criminal Code shall state the following:
“(a) Unlawful Fishing shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.
(b) Unlawful Fishing shall be defined as committing any of the following acts:
(b1) Utilizing a fishing rod while positioned on a bridge within the State of Firestone
(d) Any individual subject to “§3 - Unlawful Fishing” shall be charged with a fine of 200 FSD.
§4. ENFORCEMENT
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.
§5. SEVERABILITY
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
