An Act to Enable Interopability of Classified Assets


IN THE SENATE OF THE STATE OF FIRESTONE

Ms. Automationeer introduced the following bill:


A BILL

To enable interopability of classified assets.


         Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. ENACTMENT

    This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.


SEC 2. SEVERABILITY

    Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.


SEC 3. ENFORCEMENT

    This Act shall be implemented by the Criminal Code Revision Act Manager and enforced by all Law Enforcement Officers and Courts of the State of Firestone.


SEC 4. DEFINITIONS

    For the purposes of this Act, the ‘Firestone Criminal Code’, as described by the Criminal Code Revision Act (R), shall be defined as: https://trello.com/b/EGN3OQzQ


SEC 5. AMENDMENTS

    (a) Chapter 6, Section 14, Subsection b of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended.

         (i) Chapter 6, Section 14, Subsection b of the Firestone Criminal Code currently states: “Distribution of Classified Information shall be the act of releasing information classified lawfully under An Act for the Betterment of Classification to any individual without the proper clearance to view such information”

         (ii) Chapter 6, Section 14, Subsection b of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “Distribution of Classified Information shall be the act of releasing information classified lawfully under An Act for the Betterment of Classification to any individual without the proper clearance to view such information as deemed by the Consent of Classification, the Governor, or anyone authorized by the Governor to determine clearance to classified information; anyone who does lawfully distribute classified information or make decisions on clearances shall do so within all appropriate regulations recognised by the Consent of Classification or state law.
