AN ACT TO DUCT TAPE THE EMPLOYMENT ACT OF 2022

Be it enacted by the State of Firestone Congress here assembled,
§ 1. TITLE
(a) This Act shall be known as the “An Act to Duct Tape the Employment Act of 2022”.
§ 2. ENACTMENT INTO LAW
(a) This Act shall go into effect upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
§ 3. SEVERABILITY
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§ 4. DEFINITIONS
(a) For the purposes of this Act, ‘Employment Act of 2022’ shall be defined as: https://forums.stateoffirestone.com/t/employment-act-of-2022-r/21081
§ 5. AMENDMENTS
(a) Section 5 of Employment Act of 2022 shall be amended.
(i) Section 5A of Employment Act of 2022 currently states:
“If a citizen is not employed in any department as prescribed in section 5 of this act, the positions prescribed in section 3 sub-section vi and vii shall be considered a Secondary Position.”
(ii) Section 5A of Employment Act of 2022 shall be amended to state:
“If a citizen is not employed in any department as prescribed in section 5 of this act, the positions prescribed in section 7 sub-section iv and v not including Speaker of the House shall be considered a Secondary Position.”
