An Act to Amend [A Bill to Officially Define Departments]
Section;;1X;01-04, and 06 of [A Bill to Officially Define Departments] shall now state “dakl;fjals;kdj”
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE: Plenty of departments are within the State of Firestone such as FSP, SCSO, DHS, DOT, etc… and the last Bill is outdated as new Departments are in. Currently this will Amend the current Bill.
SECTION 1: The following are departments in the State of Firestone, and shall be officially defined as such:
SECTION 1A: Firestone National Guard
- “are Military personnel ready to deploy at a moments notice against threats, foreign and domestic, to the state.”
SECTION 1B: Firestone Coast Guard
- “The Firestone National Guard’s Coast Guard Division is for the patrols for the safety and the enforcement of the Firestone waterways. They can vary on tasks from simple rescue missions, to full on chasing down those evading via boat.”
SECTION 1C: Firestone State Patrol
- “is responsible for patrol and response to calls within the entire State of Firestone, though they generally patrol highways.”
SECTION 1D: Firestone Department of Corrections Firestone Department of Corrections - Roblox
- “is responsible for the Firestone State Penitentiary ensuring inmates are behaving, nourished and given yard time. Corrections is also responsible for patrol in near proximity of the prison to ensure no potential break ins, or break outs occur.”

- “is responsible for statewide security, including protecting Firestone citizens, combating terror isim, an protecting government or important figures”

- “is responsible for all Medical needs of individuals, and Fire dangers and outbursts within the entire county.”

- is responsible all traffic needs, such as vehicle maintenance, transport of broke down or impounded vehicles. They also manage all snow removal operations.

- “is responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and trash disposal. They do operations such as trash pickup, street sweeping, and the overall upkeep and beautification of the state.”
SECTION 1J: Firestone Park Service
- “The Firestone Park Service is to ensure the protection of Firestone’s national parks. From keeping the natural creations safe, and ensuring public compliance while visiting the national parks, the FPS is there.”
SECTION 1K: Firestone Department of Justice Firestone Department of Justice - Roblox
- “is responsible for all the legal and court side of things. Ensuring Justice is served, and is served properly. They are responsible for all lawsuits and sentencing procedures for repeat offenders, or an offender in which as caused a severe crime or terror isim threat/attack.”

- “is responsible for ensuring the public safe and secured from all potential threats, by all police, fire and medical operations. In an instance that the public safety is at a low, and civilians of Firestone are in grave danger, the department will make necessary actions to resolve it. This department acts as an internal aff a ir s of all public safety operations.”
SECTION 1M: Firestone Department of Defense
- “The Firestone Department of Defense is responsible for coordinating the states defensive and security aspects, supervising the deterrence of attack and war, and providing oversight and management for the states defensive systems and personnel. The Firestone Department of Defense also works closely with the other agencies and departments of the state to ensure the overall defense and inclusion of the government in the affairs of security by serving as a liaison.”

- “is responsible for the well being of the Firestone Citizens. They work within the hospitals and clinics and treat symptoms, and illness that any ROBLOX i a n m a y going through, and providing resources to those who may be in need of it.”

- “is responsible for all bodies of water within the State of Firestone, and the boats that might cross over them. They take care of boat regulation, jurisdiction, and incidents that may occur on Firestone bodies of water.”
SECTION 1S: Firestone Bureau of Investigations
- “The Firestone Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is a Federal department responsible for the investigation and prosecution of some of Firestone’s most notorious criminal organizations. They do uniformed and undercover operations to gain intelligence and to conduct enforcement on specific individuals.”
SECTION 1T: Firestone Peace Officer Standards and Training
- “is responsible for the training and preparation of Firestone citizens interested in going into the field of Law Enforcement”
SECTION 1U: Firestone Fire Academy Firestone Fire Academy - Roblox 1) “The Firestone Fire Academy (FFA) is responsible for the training and preparation of Firestone citizens interested in going into the field of Fire, Rescue, and EMT work. This is a prerequisite group that a person must join and go through, before being allowed to apply to any fire department within Firestone. You will need to remain in the group until hired onto a department.”
SECTION 1V: Firestone Infantry Training and Education (FITE)
- “is responsible for training and retaining information to citizens interested in becoming a Firestone National Guardsman.”
SECTION 1W: Firestone Police Exploring
- “The Firestone Police Explorer program is designed to bring in members from the State of Firestone who have an interest in Law Enforcement. This program helps people understand and learn the job of a Peace Officer, and assists them with employment within Firestone down the road.”
SECTION 1X: Firestone Fire Exploring
- “The Firestone Fire Explorer program is designed for those within the State of Firestone who are interested in gaining an understanding and learning of how Fire & EMS work within Stapleton County, and at some point even applying to the department and becoming one themselves.”
SECTION 1Y: Firestone Courts
- “The Firestone Infantry Training and Education (FITE) is responsible for training and retaining information to citizens interested in becoming a Firestone National Guardsman. This is a prerequisite group that a person must join once accepted into the Firestone National Guard in order to be enlisted.”
SECTION 1Z: Firestone State Legislature
- “This group will be used for citizens to speak to their Congressmen, and for the Congressmen to talk to those whom are in their chamber, and those whom are in the other chamber.”

- “The Firestone Election Committee will is as an independent group that hosts, monitors, and promotes democratic elections and referendums within the State of Firestone. The Firestone Election Committee also observes elections for fraud, and prosecutes for election law crime.”

SECTION 06: State of Firestone
- “State of Firestone, Founded April 1st of 2016, is the largest populated and most beautiful state located in the foothills of a mountainous region, with a wide variety of monuments and attractions to go out and see.”
SECTION 3: The Firestone State Congress shall enforce this legislation.
SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage of the Approval from the House, Senate, and the Governor.
SECTION 5: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
SECTION 6: Section 11 in “A Bill to Officially Departments” shall be amended to state;
