An Act to Allow Special Counsel to Operate
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1 - SEVERABILITY & ENACTMENT
(a) Should any part of this act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
(b) This act shall enter into effect 14 days after its passage by the constitutionally required processes.
SECTION 2 - DEFINITIONS
(a) The "Classification Act of 2023 shall be defined as: “Classification Act of 2023”
SECTION 3 - ADDITIONS
(a) Section 11 of the Classification Act of 2023 shall be created and shall state:
“(a) Nothwithstanding any clause of this act, Special Counsel that are appropriately appointed in accordance with relevant law shall have the authority to classify any and all information that could compromise their investigation, or was a result of their investigation. The Attorney General who appointed the Special Counsel shall have undeniable access to the Special Counsel’s classified information. The Attorney General shall not have the privilege to share such classified information with external parties, unless approved by the Special Counsel. Except for clauses specified in this section, the Special Counsel shall have the sole authority to decide who may access information that they have classified, regardless of other sections in this or other law.”
