Hey I think you’re taking this a bit out of context. I said that you need a CFL for protections, not for security. Actively protecting someone is a MUCH higher degree of service than just calling 911 if there is a situation at your business / asking people to leave. You’re actively DEFENDING someone when you’re doing protecting work.
If your business is surrounded providing defense for someone, they EXPECT training and an ability to defend with deadly force if needed.
