what…? someone not paying attention but hitting someone SHOULD be VA (it is)… which is what driving with a phone would be.

we do not need new legislation.
nor am i a state level legislator.

just county and a lawyer.

that’s the point, itll still be illegal to ram into someone, so people need to shut up with “its excuses for VA”
