Add a "Open all Gates" Button in the Prison

Just I said in the title, I think you should add a “Open all gates” Button, so it will obviously open all the outside gates. This would be useful because, when LEOs are responding to Prison for some reason, their response time would be faster, because COs wouldn’t have to walk to 3 gates to get them in.
