Access to V3 denied

I bought v3 alpha earlier his year, I have the badge to confirm this. I used to be able to join V3 but now I can’t and am presented with this error: https://gyazo.com/9a084cedd545756529b236e71ad65b65
I am not banned from Firestone and you can look on my account to confirm I own the badge, why is this?

it’s also occurring to me, use to be the Alpha gamepass, that was fixed and now its the Early Acess gamepass…
