A RESOLUTION TO EXPELL REPRESENATIVE MISTYFLEURR FROM THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES
Be it enacted by House of Representatives of the State of Firestone assembled that,
SECTION 1.
(a) This resolution shall go into effect immediately upon the completion of the constitutionally required processes.
SECTION 2
(a) Representative MistyFleurr shall be removed from the House, as a result of this Expulsion.
SECTION 3. SEVERABILITY
Should any part of this Resolution be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
SECTION 4. DEFINITIONS
(a) Representative MistyFleurr shall be defined as MistyFleurr.
SECTION 5.
(a) WHEREAS, Representative MistyFleurr committed acts of ineptitude, misconduct, corruption and contempt of Prominence Council.

SECTION 7. ENFORCEMENT
(a) This Resolution shall be enforced by the Presiding Officers of Congress, defined as the Speaker of the House, Lieutenant Governor, Speaker pro tempore, and President pro tempore.
