A Resolution to Expel Councilor cloudedhorizon
BE IT ENACTED BY THE DISTRICT OF PROMINENCE COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
PREAMBLE
(a) Whereas it has been found by the District Council that leaving all of Firestone without notice as an employee within this government is considered abandoning the District, and therefore is an act of betrayal to the public and the District of Prominence.
(b) Therefore, this Resolution to Expel Councilor cloudedhorizon shall be established.
SECTION 1 - DEFINITIONS
(a) InthisResolution,“cloudedhorizon”means cloudedhorizon
SECTION 2 - EXPULSION
(a) As empowered by this District Council of Prominence, pursuant to the District Charter, C.V.III, cloudedhorizon shall be expelled from his seat within the Council.
SECTION 3 - TIMEFRAME OF LEGISLATIVE IMPLEMENTATION
(a) This Resolution to Expel Councilor cloudedhorizon shall go into effect immediately following the completion of the required procedure as described by the District Chater.
SECTION 4 - MODE OF NULLIFICATION
(a) Should any part of this Resolution be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
