I think you mean BOR II allows the right to petition, however this Section of the Bill of Rights also gives citizens the right to have the freedom of assembly and peaceful gatherings, which is what this event you discuss would fall under and is therefore protected constitutionally.

furries who declare themselves as animals are simply not people. therefore animals are not granted citizenship.
if they want to behave like animals they will be treated like animals and are therefore not entitled to the same rights as humans.

the definition of a citizen is not defined by fs law (not that I’m aware of), therefore I will assume the definition that any reasonable person would also assume. the roleplaying of the animal does not make the roleplayer an animal. the individual roleplaying is still a person, who is recognized by firestone officially as a citizen due to their status presumably in the group, and therefore provides them the same rights as any other.
