Total BS, I want to make a less toxic environment when it comes to crime, then you come with 4 separate citations which can easily set someone way far back in their financial status. If you’re going to stack charges on separate occasions just to fuck someone’s money over, then you have a problem. We already make nothing on Prisoners team, giving us 2K in fines makes it much worse. I honestly see no need why it should be done.
I don’t have a problem but thank you for looking out for me.
Gamer I respect you but you switched sides here. Now granted maybe congress should revisit the citation amounts.
Also you it sounds like your suggesting that criminals do not need to get thrown in jail if thats the case then lets just shutdown the courts, legislature, police forces and then throw open the gates… is my assessment correct?
he isn’t saying that, he’s saying that there should be limits as we’re all playing a VIDEO GAME
you shouldn’t be taking this VIDEO GAME EXPERIENCE so seriously that you want to get justice for EVERY little thing
How about maybe we don’t give separate citations so that you can take over 950 dollars? I don’t want my bank account drained because I affiliate with some gang. If you give people multiple citations for one occasion, that’s going to cause issues and people are going to want to not be as active on V2 because of shit like that. I personally believe that it should be prohibited from giving a person multiple citations in one incident. That’s an easy way to make someone not want to play V2, because y’all will pull stuff like that. Furthermore,
No, I am not inciting that. I am simply stating that one should not rack up multiple citations on a single event because, I don’t know about you, but it’s not very fun when your wallet gets drained like a Parent who doesn’t know the word “No”. I personally would not even play V2 if someone will just slap me with over 2K in citations just for shooting a gun. Just throw me in jail, for christ sakes.
If someones being toxic towards you, yelling “FRP”, and threatening to sue even though you’re in the right, then, by all means, tack whatever you can. But when a normal, non-toxic player is treated this way, it makes them not want to play, because if they’re just going to have this happen over and over, they’re going to think that there’s no point, since their money will be gone in 1-2 business days.
After looking at the criminal code, I think there’s a bigger problem at play here. 3/4 of the things cited on here and fined AREN’T FINEABLE based on the criminal code. So I’m not sure if thi is just an LEO abusing the ability to cite or not.
(NO FINE INCLUDED)
(ONLY CHARGE WITH A FINE LISTED IN THE CRIMINAL CODE
(NO FINE)
(NO FINE)
Not sure how no one else noticed this.
This is confusing- the problem went from “laws too strict on criminals” to “FBI is too undercover” back to “laws too strict on criminals”
Well I’m assuming they also tacked on rackteering… LOVID is not legally recognized… sooo those arrest reports you just pulled up you can just trash em…
He didn’t say anything about arrest reports, nor did he pull up any arrest reports, he pulled up the Criminal Code.
I’m not referencing arrest reports those are pictures of the criminal code.
If LOVID isn’t legally recognized, does that not mean everyone in the state is basically legal since “LOVID ISN’T LEGALLY RECOGNIZED”
He’s saying that all the “location” and “venue” crap isn’t legally binding, the only thing is the charges and time input
“LOVID isn’t legally binding”
LOVID:
Location
Offense
Venue
Identification
Date
If LOVID isn’t legally binding, then none of that is legally binding.
facts, statistics, and numbers aside, there’s still a lack of criminals. that’s just the bottom line. it’s primarily poor legislation, poor training within law enforcement, law enforcement abuse, etc. you guys stating all these numbers and shit doesn’t solve anything lol.
you guys are dragging the living fuck out of this topic unnecessarily. there’s a fundamental issue here and you guys try to make it seem like it’s the fault of the people suffering from problems.
What chris is trying to say is the court does not give a fuck about anything on there except the time and charges cause that’s the only two an officer can be sued for doing incorrectly
big shoutout to all the criminals that keep coming back to this state to engage in realistic rp. yall r champs.
are you saying the time where FBI agents dressed as animals, or when they put on a package and dressed like bob the builder wasn’t ridiculous? that’s not even my main point. my point is that the undercover shit where they can’t even be identified until they’re cuffing someone hurts the game and gives an extremely unfair disadvantage to criminals.
I agree with you, the individuals who were never named of using bob the builder and wheel chairs are a little ridiculous. I have never just said anything about it because I can’t really do anything/listened to regardless lol, i just keep my head down and im not an idiot about how i dress
I think that they should be required to have a badge on them so that they can still be undercover to the unsuspecting and unobservant, and maintain a balance. I don’t want to spend 10 minutes looking for P_aws, shoot someone at CD, and some fucking bear costume runs at me with an X26 and tazes me. Waste of my time, and money.
