A House Resolution to Vacate the Office of the Speaker of the House
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Preamble: Speaker of the House Rinextel has failed to complete his duties as Speaker. According to a poll done in at the beginning of the month regarding the citizens approval the House of Representatives and Representatives within, Speaker Rinextels approvals were at 41% Do not Approve, Approve was 38% and No Opinion 21% out of 80 voters. Speaker Rinextel has no past experience as a presiding officer. He has acted immature as far as dressing inappropriately during several sessions as a joke. He refused to add a Representatives bill to the docket. He allows Representatives to insult people without any consequence. The House of Representatives must consider the action of removing Rinextel from the position as Speaker of the House.
Section 1: Rinextel shall be relieved of his duties as the presiding officer and Speaker of the House for the Firestone House of Representatives. He will return to being a normal representative within the Firestone House of Representatives.
Section 1A: Rinextel shall be defined as: Rinextel - Roblox
Section 2: This resolution shall be enforced by the Governor.
Section 3: This resolution shall go into effect upon passage of the Firestone House of Representatives.
