§1. Title
(a) This act shall be known as "A House Resolution to Establish an Impeachment Inquiry into DevilNode” and may be cited as such.
§2. Definitions
(a) DevilNode shall be defined here
(b) The Impeachment Inquiry Act shall be defined here.
(c) “MichaeiCalabrese” shall be defined here.
§3. Rules & Establishment
(a) Pursuant of the Impeachment Inquiry Act, an impeachment inquiry shall be created to investigate Firestone Bureau of Investigation Director DevilNode for acts of ineptitude, gross misconduct, criminal misuse of a firearm, negligent homicide, and assault with a deadly weapon.
(b) This inquiry shall have all the power(s) mentioned in the Impeachment Inquiry Act.
§4. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§5. Miscellaneous
(a) The chairperson of this committee shall be Represenative MichaeiCalabrese.
(b) Decorum shall follow the process described in the Impeachment Inquiry Act.
