There are many cops and/or legal civilians that are looking into either going crim altogether or just utilizing an ALT account to go crim. This guide is to assist those who choose to do so.
This guide will cover multiple things, including but not limited to –
- illegal gun dealer locations
- illegal tools dealer location
- extra information
WHERE TO FIND ILLEGAL GUNS
There are several different locations for Paws to spawn ( an illegal dealer ) and just one location for Tyler ( an illegal dealer ) to spawn.
Tyler is located on Skull Island, which is accessible via a boat or by swimming.
ENSURE that you refrain from entering the restricted DOC area (seen below) because you will be instantly shot at by people who signed up to guard an island for many hours a week.
Tyler ( Skull Island ) Prices:
TEC 9 - $1050 - $200 for ammo refill
AK-74U - $2600 - Best gun damage wise - $200 for ammo refill
CZ 75 - $650 - $100 for ammo refill
AR-15 - $1650 - Only for Alpha Players - $100 for ammo refill
AK-47 - $2400 - 2nd best gun damage wise - $200 for ammo refill
M14 - $1000 - $100 for ammo refill
Makarov - $600 - Worst gun damage wise - $100 for ammo refill
UZI SMG - $1000 - $200 for ammo refill
Really though, with good aim, any gun can be good (even the Makarov)
Paws has many different locations; Arborfield Motels, Hillview Bridge, Viper (Brown) Cabin, White shack near Greendale Docks.

ILLEGAL TOOLS DEALER LOCATION(S)
The main dealer (for all items except for Crowbar), he can be found on the dirt road near the border of Arborfield / Redwood:
The Crowbar can be purchased at the Hillview & Greendale Gas Stations for $250.
HOW TO USE ILLEGAL TOOLS
ATM Card: After purchasing, commute to an ATM that has a blue square near the middle of it below the screen. Click on this blue square. A GUI will then pop up. You want to match the white box to the yellow box (white moves, yellow stays still). If you mess up, it will destroy the GUI and you will lose the ATM Card. If you match all boxes, you will begin making anywhere from $30-$60 Dirty Money per second. THIS all depends on the pattern you get (slowest/smallest pattern = $30/1s, longest/fastest pattern = $60/1s) [You can make a maximum of ~$48,000 dirty money, and a minimum of ~$20,000 dirty money]
Power Drill: (ENSURE THAT YOU HAVE A FIREARM) After purchasing, commute to a bank. You will go to the very back of the bank and equip the Power Drill, you will then click on the vault. The game will make you auto-equip your firearm and an alarm will begin sounding. DO NOT unequip your firearm. If you do, the robbery will end and you will get nothing.
It is recommended to have at least 1 hostage (preferably a fake hostage who has a gun), and depending on police presence, it is highly recommended to contact a friend to ambush. [You can make a maximum of ~$50,000 dirty money, and a minimum of ~$20,000 dirty money (it’s randomized)]
Knife: Self explainable, you equip the knife near somebody and you left click to stab them.
Tablet: After purchasing, commute to either FedoraMasterB98s house OR the Governors manor. Once you get to the location, equip the tablet and left click on the button near the gate. (YOU NEED AT LEAST 3 FSP ON). If successful, keep the tablet out until the gate begins opening. You will then enter the residence and grab the paintings. It will be difficult to escape, which is why it’s recommended to rob with at least 2-3 friends. [You can make a maximum of ~$70,000 dirty money, and a minimum of ~$30,000 dirty money (not too sure on the minimum)]. There is a 3 hour cooldown after robbing. (this is the best robbery IF you know what you’re doing)
USB Firewall: After purchasing, commute to a store that is robbable (preferably a Path’s Gun Store, can be found in the 3 cities). You want to click around in the store with the USB Firewall equipped until a GUI pops up. Note that this puzzle will be more difficult to complete as opposed to the ATM. You want to click on the wire that becomes bold/bigger in size until it’s all complete. Once done, an alarm will sound and the robbery will begin (you don’t need a firearm to rob, but it is highly recommended to rob with one). After ~3 minutes, the robbery will finish and you will receive ~20,000-~30,000 dirty money (and possibly a gun if you rob Path’s).
Crowbar: After purchasing, commute to any house. The most common robbery locations are houses in Prominence. Equip the crowbar and click on the safe inside. It will begin sounding an alarm and you will have to stay near the safe for the duration of the robbery. After ~1-2 minutes, you will receive $4,000-$8,000 dirty money. (this is the worst robbery by far)
EXTRA INFO
Once you obtain dirty money, try your best to not get caught by law enforcement officers. You want to commute to the Old Redwood Residential, house 215 (brick)
Once you get to the house, you want to go inside. If the old man is NOT spawned, sit around for a couple minutes until he does.
You should save up until you have enough FSD to afford a GT305 ( 4 seater + 12 gears)
