A BILL
to Temporarily Suspend the Lieutenant Governor from the CGOC
PREAMBLE
To prevent conflicts of interest during the investigation into possible corruption within the executive branch, shall the following bill… “A Bill to Temporarily Suspend the Lieutenant Governor from the CGOC” be presented to the chambers.
SECTION I – REASONING AND REFERENCE
(a) Due to the recent allegations of corruption with the Executive Branch, this Congress shall ensure the impartialness of our investigations and operations. Hence, this Bill shall temporarily suspend the President of the Senate, GetEnveloped, from his dealings within the Congressional Government Oversight Committee. His suspension and provisions for this period shall be enumerated in Section I(c).

(c) Any enumerated involvements mentioning the “Lieutenant Governor” or “President of the Senate” shall be temporarily redacted until an official letter is drafted and published by the Chairperson of the Committee.
(d) The President of the Senate shall make no determining decisions relating to the committee or be involved unless called upon by the committee itself.
SECTION II – CONCLUDING
This legislation shall go into effect immediately after passage from both chambers of Congress, and simultaneously being signed by the Governor.
