A Bill to Save The Firestone Election Committee

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

PREAMBLE: The Firestone Election Committee needs drastic changes to the law to operate successfully. We need to provide them as soon as possible with elections being held.

SECTION 1A: A Bill to Assemble the Firestone Election Committee will be amended.

SECTION 1B: A Bill to Assemble The Firestone Election Committee currently reads: “All members on the Committee, except for the political party members, will retain neutrality during Elections/Referendum. They will not be allowed to support, endorse, or otherwise favor a candidate over another. Failure to remain neutral will result in immediate removal via a supermajority (⅔) vote by the other Committee members.”

SECTION 2A: A Bill to Assemble The Firestone Election Committee shall be amended to now state: “All members on the Committee, except for the political party members, are asked to retain neutrality during Elections/Referendum. Should a member be too bias and can no longer, to a reasonable degree, remain neutral, will result in immediate removal as a committee member via a supermajority (⅔) vote by the other Committee members or Congress.”

SECTION 2B: “Too bias and can no longer, to a reasonable degree, remain neutral,” shall be defined at the discretion of Congress and/or the Committee.

SECTION 3: Members of the Firestone Elections Committee and Congress shall enforce this legislation.

SECTION 4: This legislation shall go into effect immediately.
