A Bill to Require Forum Format
BE IT ENACTED BY THE DISTRICT OF PROMINENCE COUNCIL HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
With the expected change to the forums to allow municipalities to make their legislation on forums, this bill is to set the precedent ahead of time.
“A Bill to Mandate PDF Formatting” is to be declared null and void.
Any submissions of legislation, resolutions, impeachments, expulsions, amendments, mayoral decrees, nominations, and other legal documents pertaining to the District of Prominence Legislative branch or it’s Executive branch as prescribed by the District Charter shall not be accepted unless presented in a Firestone Forums post under the designated category.
Submissions of legal documents by the Prominence District Council must be submitted in a Firestone Forums format post on its corresponding trello card on the Prominence District Council trello using the provided bill template found in the Prominence District Council trello.

This bill shall be enforced by the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Council Chairperson, and the Prominence District Attorney.
The Prominence District Clerk Office shall have 72 (seventy-two) hours upon this bill going into effect to convert any active legislation, mayoral decrees, or any other legal documentation specified in Section 3.
This District Ordinance shall go into effect upon the ability for municipalities to use the Firestone Forums for legislative duties and when this bill passes the legislative process.
