A Bill to Repeal the "Public Property Act"

A Bill to Repeal the “Public Property Act”

Preamble: This legislation is being proposed due to the many blockages this bill creates. It makes it harder for restricted land to be set up via legislation and conflicts with many DOC proposed bills that have been struck down in JRC due to this legislation.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

SECTION 1: The Public Property Act shall be declared null and void.

SECTION 2: The Public Property Act shall be defined as; Public Property Act

SECTION 3: Upon Passage from both chambers of Congress, and signature from the Governor this legislation shall go into effect immediately.

Respectfully submitted to the Congress of the State of Firestone,
