A Bill to Repeal A Bill to Extend Prison Borders
Preamble: Recent legislation has been passed which goes against a supreme court ruling on the Public Property Act of which ruled the bridge by DOC as public property. The legislation had extended the borders of DOC making the bridge part of their restricted area which was ruled a public road therefore being in violation of C.V.VII.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: A Bill to Extend Prison Borders shall be declared null and void.
SECTION 2: A Bill to Extend Prison Borders shall be defined as; A Bill to Extend Prison Borders
SECTION 3: Upon Passage from both chambers of congress, and signature from the Governor this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
