Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,

§1. Title

(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, “A bill to redefine parts of the Firestone Criminal Code”

§2. Enactment

(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.

§3. Severability

(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.

§4. Enforcement

(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.

§5. Definitions

(a) “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined as This

§6. Amendments

(a) Chapter 1, Section 2, subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “The act of evasion shall be the act of willfully fleeing or attempting to flee an on-duty law enforcement officer, on foot or in a vehicle/vessel, while the officer is wearing a department issued uniform or displaying or has displayed a department issued badge and has signaled to the individual to halt through verbal commands or the use of emergency lights and sirens.”

(a2) Chapter 1, Section 2, subsection a3 shall be created and state: “Should an individual be informed by an on-duty law enforcement officer who is wearing a department issued uniform or displaying or has displayed a department issued badge that they are being detained, and then willfully escapes or attempts to escape custody of the officer, they shall be subject to this section.”

(a1) Chapter 1, Section 1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be declared null and void in its entirety.

(b) Chapter 1, Section 3, subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “The act of felony evasion shall be the act of while evading as defined in Chapter 1, Section 2 of the Firestone Criminal Code, endangers the lives of others, or is willfully using or attempting to use their vehicle/vessel as a means to disable pursuing law enforcement vehicles/vessels(desyncing).”

(c) Chapter 2, Section 1, subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state: “First degree murder shall be the act of directly causing a death of another person with premeditation and malicious intent; a death resulting of any armed robbery, assault with a deadly weapon, kidnapping, jailbreak or attempted jail break, or any other violent felony that poses a risk of death to the victim and such risk is disregarded shall also be First Degree Murder. Directly causing the death of an on-duty law enforcement officer, provided the person knows or should reasonably know they are an on-duty law enforcement officer shall also fall under First Degree Murder."

(d) Chapter 1, Section 11 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created and state “§11 - Criminal Anarchy”

(d1) Chapter 1, Section 11, subsection a of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created and state “The act of Criminal Anarchy shall be recognized as an unlawful criminal offense within the State of Firestone.”

(d2) Chapter 1, Section 11, subsection b of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be created and state “The act of Criminal Anarchy shall be the act of committing a Felony or Misdemeanor under the Firestone Criminal Code, for the purpose of intimidating, coercing, or in furtherance of affecting or obstructing the operations of the State, County, or Municipal Governments within the State of Firestone."

(d3) “Criminal Anarchy” shall be recognized as a Class A Felony, punishable by up to 900 seconds within the custody of the Firestone Department of Corrections.

(e) Chapter 1, Section 5, subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state “The act of Impersonation shall be the act of, under false pretenses, claiming or physically representing oneself through a uniform, badge, or insignia as a member of a Firestone Government Agency(Law Enforcement, Public Services, etc) or possessing any other Firestone Government Position.”

(f) Chapter 2, Section 5, subsection a1 of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to state “The act of Attempted Murder shall be the act of, while acting with the intention to kill and with malice, takes substantial step(s) towards the murder of another, but fails to cause death.”
