A Bill to Redefine 1st Degree Murder
BE IT ENACTED BY THE FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
Section 1: A Bill to Save Lives shall be amended (A Bill to Save Lives)
Section 2: Section One of A Bill to Save Lives currently states: “1st Degree Murder shall be defined as: the ending of another life by someone else with premeditated, and malice intentions.”
Section 3: Section One of A Bill to Save Lives shall now state:“1st Degree Murder shall be the act of, with malicious intent, ending the life of another human by lying in wait, traps, planning beforehand, or other forms of premeditation, OR, ending the life of another human during the commission of a(an): Armed Robbery, Bank Robbery, Kidnapping, Domestic Terror, Attempted Murder, Carjacking, Robbery, or an unrelated murder in either degree.”
Section 3A: 1st Degree Murder shall be punishable by an arrest of 900 seconds, and should an individual be convicted in a court of law under this act, should be punished by a maximum of twenty-five hours in prison.
Section 4: All law enforcement agencies with the power to arrest, the Department of Justice, and the courts shall enforce this legislation.
Section 5: This act shall go into immediate effect upon passage of both houses of Congress, and signature by the Governor (or in the event of a veto, a veto override).
