A Bill to Recognize Extortion
Preamble: Sometimes are the county we see people making threats in order to gain something out of it.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT
SECTION 1: A Bill to Recognize Extortion shall be established.
SECTION 2: Extortion is the wrongful use of actual or implied force; violence or intimidation-in an attempt to obtain money, property, or another gain from an individual/entity.
SECTION 3: Extortion shall be considered as a misdemeanour.
SECTION 4: Any person that commits the act of extortion shall be arrested for three-hundred (300) seconds to six-hundred (600) seconds.
SECTION 5: All departments with the power to arrest shall enforce this legislation.
SECTION 6: All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
SECTION 7: Upon passage from the State of Firestone Congress this legislation shall go into effect immediately.
