A Bill to Reclassify Criminal Charges and its Punishments

Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the State of Firestone in Congress assembled,
§1. Title
(a) This act shall be known, and may be cited as, “A Bill to Reclassify Criminal Charges and its Punishments”
§2. Enactment
(a) This Bill shall go into effect as an Act of Congress upon completing the processes constitutionally required.
§3. Severability
(a) Should any part of this Act be struck down and/or declared unenforceable, then that part shall be severed with the rest remaining in full force and effect unless all is struck down and/or declared unenforceable.
§4. Enforcement
(a) This Act shall be enforced by any relevant parties.
§5. Definitions
(a) The “Firestone Criminal Code” shall be defined here
§6. Amendments
(a) Chapter 1, Section 4 (Failure to Comply) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to have a Jail Time value of 300 seconds.
(b) Chapter 1, Section 5 (Impersonation) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to have a Jail Time value of 400 seconds.
(c) Chapter 1, Section6 (Misuse of Emergency Services) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to have a Jail Time value of 450 seconds.
(d) Chapter 1, Section 7 (Identification Presentation) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to have a Citation Value of 500FSD.
(e) Chapter 1, Section 8 (Jailbreak) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be redefined as a Class B Felony.
(f) Chapter 2, Section 12 (Stalking) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to have a Jail Time value of 300 seconds.
(g) Chapter 2, Section 14 (Medical Malpractice) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to have a Jail Time Value of 300 seconds as well as a Citation Value of 400FSD.
(h) Chapter 3, Section 8 (Trespassing) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be redefined as a Class A Misdemeanor.
(i) Chapter 4, Section 4 (Disorderly Conduct) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to have a Citation value of 300FSD.
(j) Chapter 4, Section 13 (Driving with an Unregistered Plate) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to have a Jail Time value of 120 and be amended to have a Citation value of 200FSD.
(k) Chapter 4, Section 17 (Impersonation of a Business Employee) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be redefined as a Class B Misdemeanor.
(l) Chapter 5, Section 2 (Criminal Misuse of a Firearm) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be redefined as a Class B Felony.
(m) Chapter 5, Section 5 (Unlawful Distribution of Firearms) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be redefined as a Class A Felony.
(n) Chapter 6, Section 4 (Obstruction of Justice) of the Firestone Criminal Code shall be amended to have a Jail Time value of 400 seconds.
