A Bill to Protect Those Undercover


BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:

Section I: Chapter 4, Section 13 of the Criminal Code shall be amended.

Section IA: In this legislation, the term “Criminal Code” shall be defined as the Criminal Code.

Section II: In Chapter 4, Section 13 of the “Criminal Code”, subsection (a2) shall be added.

Section IIA: Subsection (a2) shall state: “Those employed within a Law Enforcement agency shall be exempt from this law when on-duty.”

Section III: This legislation shall go into effect after the required Constitutional procedure is passed.
