A Bill to Protect the Firestone Bureau of Investigation
BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION IA: The Public Safety Unification Act V2 shall be amended.
SECTION IAa: In this legislation, the term “Public Safety Unification Act V2” shall be defined as:
Public Safety Unification Act V2 - State Legislature - State of Firestone Forums
SECTION 1B: Section 4 of the aforementioned legislation currently states: “The Firestone Department of Public Safety shall have jurisdiction over the Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Stapleton County Fire Department, Department of Corrections, Department of Transportation, Department of Public Works, Peace Officer Standards and Training, and any other official state-level or county-level academies that may be established at a later date. This jurisdiction shall not extend to the Firestone National Guard, and the Firestone Department of Homeland Security, or any subsequent academies or divisions thereof.”
SECTION 1C: Section 4 of the aforementioned legislation shall now state: “The Firestone Department of Public Safety shall have jurisdiction over the Firestone State Patrol, Stapleton County Sheriff’s Office, Stapleton County Fire Department, Firestone Department of Corrections, Firestone Department of Transportation, Firestone Department of Public Works, Firestone Peace Officer Standards and Training, Firestone Fire Academy, and any other official state-level or county-level academies that may be established at a later date. This jurisdiction shall not extend to the Firestone National Guard, The Firestone Bureau of Investigation, and the Firestone Department of Homeland Security, or any subsequent academies or divisions thereof.”
SECTION 1D: This legislation shall go into effect immediately after following the constitutional procedure required.
